Fitness Training in St. Petersburg

Melissa began her journey with Cardio Sport in  2012. Feeling out of shape and demotivated after having her first child she began going to the gym, running and lifting weights, but quickly grew bored of her workouts and wasn’t getting the results she wanted. 

Then she stumbled upon Cardio Sport. She took a class and instantly was hooked - falling in love with the sporty, rock concert like feel of the experience.  She looked forward to every workout and began taking classes regularly. Within just a few months Melissa had lost 60 pounds and was in better shape than she’d ever been in - all from taking this one class. 

From that moment on Melissa knew she had to make Cardio Sport a bigger part of her life.

After getting Certified to lead Cardio Sport classes and teaching them all over South East Massachusetts, Melissa watched client after client achieve amazing results and share with her how life-changing the program was. Even more inspired, she continued to learn about the method, dedicate to her own training and work closely with the corporate team to become more connected to Cardio Sport. 

In November of 2020, Melissa unexpectedly lost her husband.  Through that challenging time Melissa learned many things - most important -  life is too short not to follow your passion.

In 2021, Melissa invested in a Cardio Sport Studio Franchise, sold her home in Massachusetts and moved herself and 3 young children to beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida.  

She is beyond excited to be able to do what she loves every day and bring this life changing program to her new home of St. Petersburg Florida!
